Form of presentation
All poster authors are requested to bring their poster in physical form to the congress. Each poster may be displayed on an assigned poster board throughout the entire congress.
Physical poster
Your physical poster must be printed in size A0.
Your poster-ID and conflicts of interest (COI) must be clearly legible on the poster.
Please make sure your poster is displayed in such a way that it is available for the poster walk on the day of your allocated poster session you have been assigned to in the programme. There will be two sessions on the same day (at lunchtime and in the late afternoon) in which your poster must be available for the poster walk. It is recommended to be present at your poster during the given times for discussion with interested participants.
If you have not received any emails regarding the acceptance of your abstract(s) or further information on your presentation(s), please contact us at proteomic-forum@conventus.de immediately.
Form of presentation
Please prepare your presentation as PowerPoint file (.ppt or .pptx) in 16:9 (landscape) and keep to your assigned lecture time.
Submission of your presentation
Please bring your presentation on a flash drive to Würzburg and submit it at the media center onsite no later than 2 hours before your lecture.
You are welcome to submit your presentation one or more days in advance. A staff member of Conventus will assist you in the submission process. You can give your presentation a final check on one of our laptops before submitting.
Please note: In order to avoid technical issues, it is not allowed to use your own laptop for your presentation. You must submit your presentation at the media center.
